The SalesMachine sales system implemented by Łukasz is a comprehensive programme that lets you start sales activities effectively and, over time, make them repeatable.
It focuses on practical matters: what has to happen, and how, in order to really win new clients and sell at higher prices.
I warmly recommend it to every entrepreneur who is already aware that it is the lack of good sales that is the main barrier to the company’s growth.
Maciej WężykowskiRENDART, Owner
I had the pleasure of working with Łukasz during a series of advisory workshops focused on developing the sales strategy of our agency.
Thanks to his professional approach we managed not only to bring order to this area, but also to turn our sales activities into an effective process. Łukasz also shared, in an accessible way, good practices for creating sales messages, which allowed us to communicate with clients more effectively. His knowledge, experience and ability to convey information clearly made the whole process extremely valuable. If you are looking for an expert who will help you build a well-thought-out and effective sales strategy, I definitely recommend working with Łukasz!

My own B2B sales system: SalesMachine
Nearly 20 years of entrepreneurial experience
I understand IT, software and B2B service companies
Specialization in B2B prospecting
My own methodology: the Value Triangle
Building my sales process with Łukasz, I learned many specific methods, tools and communication techniques.
It made it possible to change the way we sell from organic, based mainly on referrals and networking, to something more organized and effective. A side effect of the advisory work was also a significant increase in the average order size and a rise in margin. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about growing their company.

I had the opportunity to work with Łukasz on bringing order to our sales process and defining new elements of our offer.
His knowledge and experience allowed us not only to create a coherent and clear process, but also to refine our communication with clients around our services. Łukasz always offered practical tips and was able to explain even complex issues in an accessible way. I definitely recommend working with him to anyone looking for support in developing sales and improving commercial activities.

When is it worth talking to me?
If you have been growing your company for a few years, you employ people and you are growing, but you feel a "glass ceiling" on revenue. You have the impression that there is much more potential in your company, you just do not know what is blocking it.
If your clients come mainly from networking and referrals, and you want to start winning them in a way that can be repeated and scaled. If you want to enter new client segments, increase your margin and start earning in line with the value you deliver.
I also help when the old business model is running out of steam, the competition is catching up and you feel that without a change of approach the company will get stuck.
We work on how to move from a company that sells and grows intuitively to a company that runs on a system.
SalesMachine is a system that helps B2B technology and service companies stop relying on referrals and start winning clients in a repeatable, measurable way. We work together on the whole process: from whom you sell to and what you sell, through prospecting and communicating value, to closing and the handover between sales and delivery.
This is not another training course, but a coherent, comprehensive B2B sales system that brings the company the kind of clients it should have. It consists of 5 elements: sales strategy, communication, process, tools and measurement. You get an implemented process, complete communication, techniques, applications, spreadsheets and presentations, tested for real on your company, with your clients.
Individual 1:1 work on what is blocking growth in your company. Sometimes it is the business model, sometimes the offer, sometimes beliefs, or the way the company is organized and managed. I do not come in with a ready-made plan. We start with a diagnosis, then together we decide what to change and in what order.
For owners who feel the company could do more, but lack an outside perspective and someone who will say plainly what they see and what to do to change it.
Business model and growth strategy
The business model decides everything that happens next: whom you sell to, what clients really pay for, what margin you have and whether the company can grow without endless effort from the owner. Because often the problem with sales does not lie in sales.
If the business model is badly set up, no tactic will make up for it.
We work on the business model, the structure of the offer and the way you communicate value. That is, on the layer that decides whether sales have anything to grow on at all.
This is the layer most companies skip. They go straight to marketing and sales, and then it turns out that growth is still painful.
This is where you need to start if you see that the current model is running out of steam, turnover is growing but profit not necessarily, the offer gives no clear answer to what makes you different, and the growing operational complexity is overwhelming.
Here you will find a few examples of our work where sales were only one of the areas to fix.
Łukasz turned out to be valuable support in reviewing the company’s strategy and improving our sales processes.
He helped me look at our services from a new perspective and discover additional value in them. His knowledge, his ability to ask the right questions and to test different assumptions made it possible to turn ideas into real action.
Piotr GąsierkiewiczAllbright Technologies, CEO
The knowledge Łukasz shares with me has a very positive effect on the growth of my company and, above all, on my approach to business.
He has vast experience working with software houses, which makes his perspective and suggestions invaluable to me.

When we started working with Łukasz, we considered ourselves experienced entrepreneurs. Our view quickly changed.
We realized the scale of the gaps, the bad practices and the amount of work ahead of us. The experience was extremely overwhelming. Through our joint work, however, we managed to set specific goals, and achieving them completely changed our reality.

I understand the needs and specifics of small companies. Here are some of the companies that have trusted me:
Practical, entrepreneurial knowledge, from entrepreneurs to entrepreneurs
For more than 15 years I have been sharing what I learned running my own companies. I have organized hundreds of meetings and events for entrepreneurs under the TechMine brand.
Offline meetings
TechMine began as a community of entrepreneurs. Over the years, regular meetings, conversations and the exchange of experience showed me what the owners of small companies really face. From that understanding grew a consulting company that today helps B2B technology and service companies grow. I know what it is like to run a company when everything and everyone depends on you, because I have been through it myself.

Łukasz Zjawiński entrepreneur, business advisor, B2B sales and company growth strategist.
I have been running my own companies for nearly two decades. For 15 years I have been sharing my experience with other entrepreneurs under the TechMine brand. In that time I have helped dozens of owners of B2B technology and service companies bring order to their sales, rebuild their offer and start growing in a way that does not depend on referrals and luck.
I specialize in working with technology companies. I understand their context, because I operate in it myself.
I have been an entrepreneur for 19 years
I started my road in 2007 with a company building mobile applications. Then came further ventures in advanced technology: machine learning in cybersecurity, a SaaS application, an investment company, a software house, IT security. Not all of them succeeded. But each taught me something that cannot be read in books and that I share with clients today.
I created the SalesMachine B2B Sales System
It is my own system for building B2B sales, which I have been implementing with clients for several years. It grew out of a simple observation: most small B2B companies do not have a problem with the quality of their service. They have a problem with selling it by accident.
SalesMachine turns that into a repeatable, measurable process, from communicating value, through prospecting, to closing and the handover to delivery.
I believe that sales can be scaled in an ethical and systematic way. Without pushiness and manipulation, in a spirit of understanding and partnership.
Knowledge zone
Take a look at the TechMine knowledge base as well, where you will find my advice and practical conclusions from hundreds of entrepreneurs’ meetings (TechMine Coffee) that I ran for nearly a decade.
At first glance it may seem that the problem in a service company is weak marketing, no sales, too much competition or a difficult market. But my experience shows that the source of many difficulties lies deeper: in the business model itself. It is not a topic that excites everyone right away, but it is precisely […]
The Value Triangle in B2B sales: Problem, Result, Solution. The Value Triangle is a proprietary methodology of sales and marketing communication that organizes the message in three successive elements: Problem → Result → Solution. The order is not accidental. First you help the client recognize the situation they are in. Then you show the change […]
At the thought of objections, many people working in sales start to get nervous, and it is hard to be surprised. Every company has some weaker points that sooner or later will be revealed in the course of conversations with clients. If the client digs hard enough and long enough, they will probably get to […]
If you are going to look at one thing, get to know the “Value Triangle”. It is a framework that shows how to stop talking about what you do and start talking about what the client gains thanks to you. It changes the way you build your offer and run sales conversations.
Check their practical experience, not just the theoretical one. Too many courses, certificates and diplomas may indicate that theory outweighs practice. See whether they have run their own companies and worked with companies similar to yours. Arrange a short conversation. If you immediately hear ready-made answers instead of questions, keep looking. If someone sends a proposal without examining your situation, they are shooting in the dark. If they promise too much and claim everything is simple, that is a warning sign too. A good advisor starts with questions, not solutions.
What does a business advisor do?
A business advisor helps company owners diagnose problems and implement changes that lead to real growth. Not a coach and not a motivational trainer. A practitioner who works on the specific data, processes and situations of your company. In my case that means working on B2B sales, the business model, communicating the value of the offer, strategy and management. The scope depends on what is actually blocking the growth of a given company. Sometimes we start with sales and discover that the problem lies in organization and management. Sometimes the other way round.
Does the business advisor work online?
Yes. Most of my clients work with me remotely, through regular online meetings. In most cases there is no need for in-person meetings. Sometimes they are helpful, especially at the beginning of the engagement, to build a better understanding of the company’s context. But it is not a prerequisite. I work with clients from all over Poland and abroad, and the online format works just as well as meeting in person.
Is industry experience necessary for an advisor to be effective?
Not always, but it helps. An advisor who understands the specifics of your industry will identify problems faster and will not waste time learning the basics. I specialize in working with B2B companies, in particular technology and service companies: software houses, marketing agencies and IT companies. I know their context, because I have been operating in it myself for nearly two decades. But the patterns I observe repeat in other industries too. What matters most is not whether the advisor knows your industry inside out, but whether they can quickly understand your business model and the specifics of your clients.
What to do when the company is standing still?
Start with an honest diagnosis. A company usually stands still for one of three reasons: sales are chaotic and based on chance, the offer is not communicated well, or the owner is the bottleneck and everything goes through them. The worst thing you can do is add more activity to a system that does not work. More ads, more salespeople, more channels. Before you add anything, you have to understand what is not working and why. Sometimes one meeting with someone from outside is enough to see things that are invisible from the inside.
How to improve the profitability of a small company?
Profitability does not improve by cutting costs. It improves through better pricing, better clients and better use of the resources you already have. In practice this means three things. First, check whether you are selling too cheaply because you cannot communicate the value of what you do. Second, check whether you are serving clients who cost you more than you earn. Third, check whether your processes generate waste: repeated work, unnecessary meetings, unclear responsibilities. Often a change in one of these three areas is enough for profitability to rise significantly.
How to bring order to chaos in the company?
Chaos is most often the result of a lack of processes, clear roles and priorities. In a small company this is not about creating bureaucracy. It is about clarity: who is responsible for what, what the repeatable client service process looks like, how we make decisions. Start with one thing, not everything at once. Choose the area that hurts most (usually it is sales) and arrange it from start to finish. Once one process works, the rest starts to fall into place almost by itself, because people see what it should look like.
Why is my company not generating profit?
Most often the problem lies not in revenue, but in how the company generates value. A poor business model, badly priced services, an offer that is too broad, no repeatability in delivering solutions. Everything starts with analysis: what you sell, to whom, for how much, how much it costs you and how much is left. It sounds simple, but a surprising number of company owners do not know these numbers precisely enough. Until you know where you are losing money, you cannot stop losing it.
How much does a business advisor cost?
It depends on the form of cooperation. Regular advisory work in monthly cycles is usually a few thousand zlotys. Larger strategic projects can cost more. I do not tie clients into long-term contracts. We start with a free consultation, after which you know whether you want to go further. If so, you start with a small step and see whether it makes sense before you invest more. A good advisor is an investment, not a cost.
How do consulting companies differ?
Above all, in the people you will be working with. While techniques and tools may be similar, the difference is whether you work with someone who has real entrepreneurial experience, or who knows growth challenges only from the training room or from being a manager in a larger organization. Growing a company usually requires broad, practical entrepreneurial experience, from understanding the value proposition, through strategy, to operations and the dependencies between them. Narrow technical knowledge from one area (such as finance or law) is not enough.
At TechMine I work directly with the owners of B2B companies. I do not send in a team, I do not produce reports by the kilo. I sit down with the client, we take the company apart, look for what is not working and implement changes together. This is practical advisory, not theoretical. The difference is that after the engagement what remains is an implemented process, not a document.
What to ask when you want to choose an advisor?
Ask about their entrepreneurial experience. What companies they have run, what the biggest challenges they faced were. What their successes and failures were. Ask about the biggest recurring problems they observe when working with other entrepreneurs.
I am a practitioner. I have run many ventures of my own and taken part in the growth of dozens of client companies.
The free consultation takes about 45 minutes and is held online. No sales pitch and no obligations. After the call you decide whether we go further.
